Dr. Keegan is a graduate of St. George's University School of Veterinary Medicine and joined Paris Hill Cat Hospital in 2022. He is a USDA Accredited Veterinarian and is able to issue health certificates for domestic and international travel. His interests include preventative medicine and nutrition. Dr. Keegan enjoys landscaping, video games and baking.
